Because our products are made with natural oils and fats — without synthetic stabilizers — their texture can vary depending on the weather. In warmer months, your balm may arrive softened or slightly melted; in colder temps, it might feel firmer than usual. This is totally normal and doesn’t affect the quality.

To bring it back to your preferred consistency, simply warm it gently (set the jar in warm water or leave it in a sunny spot for a bit), or cool it off in the fridge. You can even use a hand mixer to re-whip it if you'd like that fluffy texture back.
